2027 Summer School Fees

The summer school fees are made up of three parts. No VAT is charged on any of the fees.

Part 1: Registration Fee = £120 (due on application)

This must be paid online when you complete the registration form. The registration fee is not a deposit. If we offer you a place on the course the registration fee becomes non-refundable. If a place is not available we will put you on a waiting list or refund your registration fee, whichever you prefer.

Part 2: Accommodation Fees = £295 (due end of January)

Check in Sunday afternoon. Check out Saturday morning. 6 nights.

You are welcome to organise your own accommodation, but if you wish to book accommodation with us you will be sent a separate invoice for the accommodation fees around Nov/Dec. This invoice is due by the end of January (or upon receipt if after that). This must be paid by BACS transfer directly into our bank account. International payments can be accepted with the IBAN system in any currency. Our bank details will be provided on the invoice. Please quote the invoice number as your payment reference. The accommodation is owned and run by an independent, private company who do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Therefore, unfortunately, we are unable to refund any accommodation fees once they have been paid.

Part 3: Tuition Fees = £550 (due end of April)

You will be sent an invoice for the tuition fees in March. The invoice is due by the end of April (or upon receipt if after that). This must be paid by BACS transfer directly into our bank account. International payments can be accepted with the IBAN system in any currency. Our bank details will be provided on the invoice. Please quote the invoice number as your payment reference. Should you wish to cancel, up to 30 June you can claim a 50% refund of your tuition fees. Cancellations made on or after 1 July will not be entitled to any refunds.
